They will also be offering a three-hour workshop at Inside Out Studio, on February 2, 2019 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.This workshop is a great opportunity to experience mindfulness and learn some of the basics so you can begin to practice on your own.

Course: MBSRjunior, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teenagers

Course MBSR 8 Week Program

2.  Methods to improve your ability to concentrate and think clearly;

3.  To deal with difficulties in your life with balance and awareness;

4.  To participate in your own wellness and health;

5.  To cultivate your natural capacity to care for yourself and find greater ease and peace of mind.

Before Dec. 1: deposit refunded minus $50 processing fee.

On or after Dec. 1: no refund.

The fee includes all print materials and recordings, the eight sessions and the day-long session.

You will attend group sessions for 2 ½ hours, once a week for 8 weeks.  You receive 31 hours of direct instruction. There is also the expectation that you Practice daily home assignments for 45-60 minutes each day.
